Contract Overview: Solid IT Networks offers IT security hardware, software and services through this contract, including training, installation, and technical support. Cybersecurity Products & Services offered are Adtran and Solid IT Networks.
Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state.
How to Order

- 2. Generate a purchase order, made payable to Solid IT Networks. You must reference the appropriate DIR Contract Number on your purchase order (DIR-CPO-4852).

Warranty and Return Policies
- • Authorization must be obtained prior to return and RMA number issued.
- • Product is unopened in unmarked, original manufacturer’s packaging or product is determined defective or DOA.
- • Return of product must be authorized within 30 days of purchase.
- • Manufacturer or distributor return restrictions may override these standard practices. Not all manufacturers’ allow for returns. Policies are subject to change without notice.
- • Processing or restocking fee may apply.
- • Customer is responsible for any freight fees applied.
- • If criteria is met, credit memo will be issued upon return.
- • Warranty and support policies are established by manufacturers and customer shall contact manufacturer directly for warranty and support (links to manufacturer’s warranty/support policies are listed below).
